Buying Energy Light Bulbs
Due to all light bulb products being ordered or made to customer order, retailers  can only accept returns should a product be faulty, incorrect or damaged. In this instance, please contact them directly. Notification of any goods received faulty or incorrect must be made in writing either by email, fax or post to the head office within 7 days of receipt.
Arrangements for the collection of these goods will be made by the retailer. In the unlikely event of a faulty item, they will arrange collection and a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
